Linksy is a marketplace platform connecting creators, businesses and venues. We do not guarantee the quality, legality or outcome of any collaboration or booking arranged through the platform.

• You must be 18 or over to register
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on your profile

Linksy takes no responsibility for deals, collaborations or bookings that go wrong between parties. All arrangements are between the creator and the business directly.

• Linksy reserves the right to remove any user or listing that breaches community standards, is fraudulent, or causes harm to other users
• Reviews left on the platform must be honest and relate to a genuine completed collaboration. Fake or malicious reviews will be removed.

Creators and artists use Linksy free. Businesses subscribe for £49.99 per month and venues subscribe for £29.99 per month after the applicable free trial. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are managed securely through Stripe. In-app deal payments are coming soon.

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. What we collect, why we collect it and your rights are set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist or use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
